24 Hour Emergency Services

We have 24-hour phone service to take your commercial/industrial emergency calls and trained Service Technicians to respond/resolve your problem in a timely manner.

Preventative Maintenance Services

Our preventative maintenance services are typically more thorough than most, since our main concern is customer satisfaction (not how many PM contracts we can obtain).

Predictive Maintenance/Project Planning Services

Our Engineering & Technical Services Department can help Facility/Production managers to properly forecast Operating & Maintenance costs by trending/assessing equipment operation and comparing equipment age to ASHRAE standard life expectancies.

Boilers (California C4 license)

Our staff has worked on many different boiler plants (including Hot Water, and Power Boilers) and can troubleshoot/repair/replace components (or the entire system) as necessary. We can perform Flue Gas, Flow, Pressure, and Temperature Analyses and make adjustments to ensure that your equipment is operating efficiently. We work closely with Water Treatment specialists to ensure that your piping and heat transfer surfaces do not degrade excessively.

Electrical (California C10 license)

Our Electrical capabilities range from simple tool hookups or outlet installations to major service upgrades (such a 2 MVA system) or Emergency Generator systems. To minimize downtime on your mechanical systems, our Service Technicians can also perform repair on their associated electrical systems.

Fire Protection (California C16 license)

Most Fire Protection or Alarm systems are obsolete and need serious upgrades/repairs. We can provide support for all-encompassing retrofit projects to simple sprinkler head replacements.

HVAC (California C20 license)

Studies have shown that climate control affects employee productivity and can also affect their health. Our Technicians are experienced with all types of commercial/industrial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. We are currently a local Service Representative for Carrier Air Conditioning systems.

Plumbing (California C36 license)

We can work on all commercial/industrial piping systems including: Domestic Cold/Hot Water, Heating Hot Water, Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Steam, Condensate, De-ionized Water, Process, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Compressed Air, Natural Gas, and many more.

Refrigeration (California C38 license)

Our technicians have specialized in commercial/industrial refrigeration and cryogenics for many years. We are a local Service Representative for various cryogenic systems companies.
