Manufacturing

We have designed, developed, and are currently manufacturing custom Environmental Control Systems that are shipped worldwide. Some of our products are based on end-user specifications; whereas, others are based on solutions to problems found during our regular contracting business. In either case, we typically expedite construction of Beta units, and accomplish testing within our in-house Environmental Chamber (and/or at the end-users sites). After the system has been "roughed" together, additional bells/whistles are incorporated, and the design is optimized to reduce production costs. Once the design is finalized, an appropriate Listing is obtained (typically ETL for U.S. and Canada and CE for Europe/Asia), and released to production. In a couple of cases, we accomplished this entire process in approximately 8 months after being awarded the contract.
