Prototype Development

Our Engineering Department works closely with the customer and our in-house Manufacturing/Service personnel to ensure that the end product meets the customer's needs while simplifying future maintenance and manufacturing. A typical development is submitted to the customer at pre-defined stages. These submittals include: definition of design parameters, preliminary engineering/design, construction of a prototype for operational testing, refinement of parameters/design, and final design.

Technical Writing

We can develop/create technical manuals and assessments to accommodate a multitude of applications. The technical text is typically enhanced with digital pictures, spreadsheets, graphs, and/or AutoCAD drawings to ensure that the audience understands the material presented.

Design/Build

Per customer input, we will take a project from concept to completion including all design, drafting, interfacing with regulatory agencies, construction, and startup/checkout.

Bid Packages

Since our company is registered as a Professional Services provider, we can develop PE-stamped drawings/specification packages that can be put out for bid.

Feasibility Studies/Life Cycle Cost Analyses

Facility & Operations Managers know the importance of saving money; however, they also know that there are many other factors that need to be assessed when planning for future upgrades or accomplishing repairs/replacements. Our Engineering Department can assess various options by looking at the overall picture and proving detailed recommendations.

DDC (Distributed Digital Controls ) & EMS (Energy Management System) Design/Management

These campus-wide control/monitoring systems not only save money in energy costs (through Load Shedding, Time of Day Control, Deadbands, Reset Schedules, Economizer control, Start-Stop Time Optimization, etc.) but also ensure infrastructure reliability and customer satisfaction. Our staff has worked on and designed many different DDC systems to support: Chilled Water Plants, Boiler Plants, Exhaust Systems, Flow Hoods, Air Handlers, Air Conditioners, Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Compressed Air Systems, Process Systems, Storm Water Lift Stations, Sanitary Sewage Lift Stations, Environmental Chambers, Computer Rooms, Animal Colonies, and many more.

Plant Engineering/Troubleshooting/Technical Assessments

Our staff has many years of experience with various different facilities systems. With the support of our Service Technicians and calibrated/certified instrumentations (Leak Detectors, Meters, etc.), we can fully evaluate a problematic system and provide a cost-effective solution.

We can perform site evaluations and energy audits of your plant or facility to help you reduce your bottom line.

AutoCAD Drafting/As-Builts

Drawings are key to reliable plant systems. They allow for simplified troubleshooting which minimizes downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
