We maintain 6 California-registered specialty licenses to accommodate all facets of mechanical system retrofits/construction. Currently, 95% of our construction contracts are to accommodate the retrofit of commercial/industrial/government facility and process systems (typically <$2 Mil.); whereas, 5% of the contracts are for "New" construction.
