Design/Build Per customer input and with the assistance of our Engineering Dept. (with California Registered Professional Engineers), we will take a project from concept to completion including all design, drafting, interfacing with regulatory agencies, construction, and startup/checkout.

Our staff has worked on and designed many different mechanical systems: Chilled Water Plants, Boiler Plants, Exhaust Systems, Flow Hoods, Air Handlers, Air Conditioners, Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Compressed Air Systems, Process Systems, Storm Water Lift Stations, Sanitary Sewage Lift Stations, Environmental Chambers, Computer Rooms, Animal Colonies, and many more.

DDC (Distributed Digital Controls) & EMS (Energy Management System)

These campus-wide systems not only save money in energy costs (through Load Shedding, Time of Day Control, Deadbands, Reset Schedules, Economizer Control, Start-Stop Time Optimization, etc.) but also ensure infrastructure reliability and customer satisfaction. AutoCAD Drafting/As-Builts

Drawings are key to reliable plant systems. They allow for simplified troubleshooting which minimizes downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. Our Engineering & Technical Services Dept. can document all work accomplished.
